Festimad - Gran Vía, 68/5This year Festimad moves to a bigger venue, Parque La Cantuena in Fuenlabrada (18km outside Madrid), and promises top entertainment over two days from well-known and up-and-coming rock bands.
Thousands of people from all over Spain gather at this popular music event, which features a mini-city constructed in the park with camping, internet facilities, market stalls, a supermarket, restaurants and bars. The line-up for 2005 includes Marilyn Manson, Slayer, Nightwish, System of a Down, The Hives and The Prodigy, amongst others. For the full programme, please visit the festival website.
